Over the past several months I have purchased 3 Naish boards
2 locally and 1 on the 'Goldy'.
The most recent board had a minor issue and I promptly returned it to the dealer -he notified the importers who took a look at photos and made a decision.
Within a couple of days all was sorted to my satisfaction !!
A very pleasing result to say the least...
We are fortunate to have good operators like these in the industry who should continue to keep the punters happy and the sport growing.
It justifies my decision to go with a name I had confidence in-and will continue to do so.

Good to hear Naish (or at least their importer - Windgenuity) may have polished up their act-competition in the market does wonders for commercial arrogance.

Ever since i started dealing with Naish weather local or international they have been one of the best for this kind of stuff!!!!which is one of the reasons i support them. If they had siht back up service then they would not be where they are today!!
