Hey cranky. I did a full scientific test to get to the bottom of this problem.
1.In preperation I drank as much alcohol as I could last night.
2.Bacon eggs onion tomato and mushrooms for breakfast with a cold Mocha.
3. Macca's coffee thickshake while waiting for the wind to drop.
4. 2 hr SUP at the post for a few small waves in sloppy conditions.
5.Come home and take some of Elbeaus recommended magic elixer of the gods whille watching the sun go down.
6.Nice feed of oysters and tapas.
7.Go to bed and do it all again tommorrow.
I could get used to this. I cannot see anyone putting on weight while SUPn
