Hi all,

Just thought I'd post my comments on the Mistral SUP. I hope more of you get on here and post your opinion on boards you have ridden.

The Mistral SUP is one of the easiest boards I have ridden. Super stable, very comfortable. I like the EVA deck for cruising, although I prefer wax for surfing, if your just going paddling, or cruising on flat water the EVA deck is easy and hassle free. The board has good glide and speed. Very easy to kick turn. It surfs quite well for cruising, easy stall turns, and runs through any sections. Having quite a flat rocker line I would imagine it would be a bit of a hand full in big or hollow waves, but felt very secure and stable in the smaller waves I used it in.

All up, I think if your after a board that is very easy and stable to use and are not influenced about high performance surfing, and enjoy just cruising in waist high waves. This board would be a great choice. Also this board would be great for family use, the soft deck is great for kids. Also a great choice for flat water use. Very durable with an ASA (plastic) laminate skin on the bottom. Great Value too.

Regards,

JB
