I use tape around the edges of my paddle.

But don't really need it anymore, cause more u do it less u will hit the rail.

I saw a rubber lining which u glue around the edge of ur paddle once in a surf shop at Byron Bay but it costs $40.

What type of board do u have?

Does the rail of the board chip away?

I use the tape around the edge of the blade as well, works great. Even though i don't really knock it much anymore i keep it there just in case.

Bought coaming liner from Goodtime. It is designed to go around the inside of where you sit in a kayak (fibreglass lip). SUPer glue on in less than a minute...perfect.

Yer just black electrical tape,

I don't think u need to worry about ur paddle Just Wrong it seems to be holding up good.

But u could put it on just incase.

Cruiser1755 thats probably the same stuff i saw at the surf shop.

How much?

Yep.... plain old electrical tape, but try not to use the cheap stuff as it doesn't stretch as good. Its simple to do but if you want a step by step process go to the kenalu website and down at the bottom of the page there's one.

yeah, i was thinking more of something on the rails of the board, ive seen a few kids with a clear tape 2-3mm on the rails, the bashing doesnt really happen on the flat, its more when you get excited in the surf. I guess in time they'll remedy the rails, but with epoxy i guess its hard to have a nice finish that takes a flogging.

THE NASH SEEM TO HAVE A VERY GOOD HARD FINISH ON THEM.

I WISH THE NEW NAISH 9'6 FISH WAS OUT I CANT WAIT TO RIDE IT.
