I'm relocating from Woodlands to..somewhere in or around woodlands.

Looking for a cheap private rental ideally with good sized shed or garage for my board repair/building workshop.

Other option is to find a small place to live on my own - I'll only have my two kids part time - or share with SUP/windsurfing other.. and find some space in a shared workshop..ideally Ozi Park or Balcatta at a pinch. I can contain my work in a 20 foot sea container or two if space permits.
