Hey all. New here, former Standupzone forum member in Hawaii with a question. I have a Hula Kai brand adjustable SUP paddle which I dropped on concrete a few months ago. The grip cracked along the length of the top of the "T". I repaired it with epoxy, but the repair didn't hold for long. I've found several carbon-fiber replacement grips on Amazon, and AliExpress. Bought one from Amazon, but it turned out to be too large to slip into the short upper shaft. I suspect that it's sized to fit a larger non-adjustable paddle shaft? The upper segment of my adjustable paddle with the grip has an inside diameter of 15/16". Few of the web pages on Amazon and AliExpress have precise dimensions of the grips being sold, and none that I've found so far have a 15/16" outside diameter. Does anyone know where I might find a grip that size? Thanks in advance for any guidance you can offer.

There is so much gear out there of varying dimensions that you will find it just fine. In Hawaii there’s going to be shops with broken paddles for parts …?

but. If this is a composite shaft, standard will be 24mm ID cos it all all comes from China in metric. At a guess it’s going to be 24x1x26
ally mayyyyy vary but I doubt it

but anyway there’s a ton of 24mm ones online that I can see

Thanks Mark. I found a carbon-fiber grip that should fit my inner-diameter shaft from a Chinese vendor. Conversion says 24mm is closest to 15/16"(23.8125mm). The grip I found is 23mm OD. Apparently I can't post links or images as a new forum member, but the grip is sold by a company called Z&J Sport, and called a DP-1. Not an exact match, but it looks like it will fit into my upper shaft.
