Balmoral Paddlesurf is looking for someone to join our team and come along for an exciting ride into the next phase of our 29 year journey.
We have an opportunity for a self motivated, customer focussed, retail sales manager to work at all levels - on the water, in the shop and at our events.
A sound knowledge of SUP product/industry is required. Industry experience is not necessary if you live and breathe paddling and ocean sports. We cover ALL aspects of the sport from surfing, to racing, touring, fitness, family fun and foiling.
Our passion is driven by our team and our brands - SUNOVA, NAISH, JP, SLING SHOT, SUP ATX.
We are flexible for the right person offering Part-time or Full-time with regular Saturday work.
From our retail shop to our school, to our wholesale business and events this position offers variety and experience across all levels of the business.

This position would suit someone wanting to turn their passion into a career. You will get to work with an industry leader and be trained at all levels of the business from retail to wholesale, teaching and running events.
We are flexible for the right person. We will consider anyone with the right experience, skills and knowledge looking for full-time or part time work such as a Uni-student looking for 1-3 days per week and full time over the Summer holidays.
