KIALOA and PADDLE SURF HAWAII would like to let you know Riggs Napoleon will be in Coffs Harbour for the event on the weekend of 10-12th december.

He will be available for surfing and advice / questions etc all day thursday and Friday morning before the expression session comp starts at 2pm for and questions / lessons etc.
