Right,Casso its 9'4"x29.5 wide x 4.5 thick.I just had my first surf on it @ A-Bay,and the thing goes off like a frog in a sock!!Yeah really love it.The waves were only 2' but after riding the 11'er,pfffftt,cant see me riding that much anymore,

Mac,We are just renting this home.Its this villages original Anglican Church and was moved to this block years ago.Its currently for sale,but the owner wants an arm,a leg,and a testical for it,or $595,000.Its a great spot,only 4 min drive to the beach,and really quiet neighbourhood,we love it,
