Had 2 pretty good sessions today in clean offshore surf, the arvo session robdog borrowed my 8 6" and I rode his 9 6" psh
Now robdog is a very stylish surfer even if he has 20 odd years on me
style similar to tom curran.
Anyway today we swapped boards and I was amazed how well he surfed it, he caught one long righthander and smashed it all the way to the beach, late drops, speed runs, tight sharp turns and didnt fall off once, one wave we were both paddeling back out the back and got caught inside, we both punched through at the same time, robdog on the 8 6" punched through easy, I on the 9 6" got smashed off.
