I apologize if this has been covered before... but does anyone paddle a V2 for all around and is it a good training board. I realize it has more nose kick ... just wondering how it tracks and is there a big drop off compared to the FX Pro 14' I will eventually use it for downwind stuff and ocean paddling only... but for now I want to know if it can work as a one board quiver or will I be disappointed in the speed and glide.
For training on the flat it's ok, bit heavy. Just not competitive or designed for those conditions. Tracking is good & you can always play around with smaller fins.
