Purchased a GoPro yesterday with the LCD BacPac and I am having troubles getting the LCD to work. I have followed the 2 step set up via the GoPro website of installing firmware. I am confident the set up is correct as GoPro make it easy with the you tube demo on their website. The LCD is powered as the backlight works. I think I am missing something in the settings to get it working. Heading off to Fiji tomorrow so I am a touch anxious to get it going asap. All advise appreciated.
Silly suggestion but have you tried pushing the LCD power button on the right hand side? (when looking at the screen at the back, it's on the top right side)

Thanks PT. No suggestion is ever too silly. The lcd comes on when gopro power is on? The backlight is on but no viewing on it. If I press the LCD power button it turns the screen off.
We had a customer who bought a GoPro and LCD bakpack from another shop come into our shop with similar issues to yourself. He followed all the steps and couldn't get it to work.
I deleted the firmware off his card and used my own and we got it working straight away.

Any go pro issues I always use the trouble shooting forum on the go pro web site. Any problem possible has been asked a thousand times. Hope this helps!
