I think it's a rip-off of Oliver's fishing setup. (Or was it the other way around?)Oliver uses a milk crate held down with bungee cord, and PVC pipe on the rails. You should have taken out a patent on the idea Oliver. Too late, I've already copied it, and intend to try it out this weekend on the surf coast. I can see some fun fishing days coming up this summer.
