Most SUP boards come with some type of paddle. The south Point (Timpones) come with a full carbon paddle which will do but not the greatest. You do have the option however to get the board only with no paddle. Think it saves you $100.

Timpone is around the 11'6 Timpone $1799 with paddle,

I tried the Bonga 10' today and it is great. A little small for me at 100kg but still manageable. Nice boards

You don't always have to grab the stock paddle when you grab the board.

Ask if you can try a few different paddles on the market. Flex patterns and stiffness can vary big time between the cheap carbon paddles and some of the bigger names out there. Not all paddles are equal so it's best to try if you can.

A lot of shops out there will happily exchange paddles as they know they can sell them as a pretty good entry level carbon paddle and maybe just charge the buyer a little bit more to cover the difference in value.
