Hi All
For the people from Vic. When going to the Prom, where/what is the best beach go to for a SUP surf and what wind direction and tide is best. Any info appreciated.

Thanks Dave

Tidal River beach.. Any tide.. and any wind.. but not great in a strong westerly.. Preferably a light Nor'easter/Southesterly.

Go to squeaky beach it's a short walk there is a right as you walk down a left and right peak in the middle and a sucky left that the short boarders love at the far end best with anything east in it mid tide is best with a 6 foot swell on the peninsula will be 3 foot down there I've had some of the best waves down there perfect for sup tidal river does not have banks and usually is more of a close out

You can also check out sandy point which can have banks and offshore in NE. Beautiful spot down there, go exploring!

Sandy Point is at least 45 minutes away but a nice spot..

Here's an old vid that I did at Sandy Point so you can see what it's like.
