You start seeing names like Rob Machado, Tommy Gun, Poto, Luke, etc, and you know something real special is happening in sup.
Like you never seen ex world champs and shredders getting into , goat boating, boogie boarding, kiting, windsurfing, mals or whatever, but yet soooo many are super keen on getting into sup, makes me think a few years down the track this sport will be as big as normal surfing

i dont think it will be a couple of years brooko,its on in earnest,isa have the feelers out,surfing australia have their eyes on the honeypot and have given us a chance with an aussie title,our club has the applications in for a big money event early next year and sup vic has a biggy planned for this year.we have 84 financial members in noosa club,plus a club at maroochydore and the gold coast,qld has big numbers suping,it will hit the bigtime this summer.
