ross at scarb's long boards does epoxy repairs, Dave at katana (ossie park) use to do epoxy repairs as well not sure if he still is.
Check with your shop you brought it from as they normally have someone they can recomend.

Bit tight on room to do SUP repairs at Longboards Scarborough. The windsurf shops generally have a few names of dudes who specialize in epoxy repairs.
