I saw it last night,and,well,was a little disappointed,but thats just me.

I saw it the other day in Noosa. I was a little bored. Good music though and some classic 70's Burleigh footage.

Yeah TUX,MP suffers from Schizophraenia and after he was locked up in the Mental Hospital they gave he electric shock treatment and fried his brain.
The movie seemed to run him down as a person,but raise him up as a surfer.
I just didnt like the balance.
I work with kids with serious mental health issues,and I (mostly)always get told the negative sh#t about them,but if you dig,these folk suffering mental illness are more than usually exeptional at stuff they love.
Check out the up and coming Hawiian kid,Clay Marzo,he suffers from Aspergers Syndrome,and is so brilliant in the water,
