Geez Rod, not complaining are we?? with everything between say Woopi and Nambucca I would think it would be hard to find a day that is not at least cross to off shore somewhere along the coast.

Second that, I had fun at the Alley. Even if it was packed and my Naish grip let go again.

Still here to day Brooko.
It is about the fifth still day we have had in about EIGHT MONTHS!!!!
The wind has being howling day and night.
People huddle in their houses.
If you see someone in the street, look closely. There may be a half moon indent on their forehead.
It comes from leaning on the rifle.

Hey guy's that's what downwind SUB boards are for. Paddle 2k out to sea and surf the wind runners back, that's the beauty of owning two types of boards, if the surfs blown out then there must be wind runners.

Cheers Rambo

Thanks, I get it. Adapt to your environment. You are spot on.
I'll just wipe the grit from my eye and try to make to the (wooshhh) phone book (blast) (slam) and look up (shudder) windsurfing. (shake)

This wind crap is doing my head in! Not enough swell for protected spots and too much wind for the open beaches!

At least we have a big swell forecast for mid week so I can dust off the shortboard.

Maybe this doom & gloom is going to end. Swell is bigger than expected and heading down for a quick one on high tide. Looking pretty good!!!

Wooohooo! Will post the outcome!

Yeeha, long w/e and all. I've already picked my spot - totally protected from S/Ws with hugh cliffs, and partially protected from crowds as long as you get in early for the high tide which arrives around 7:00am.
