We have just purchased a SoloShot, which for those of you that are not familiar with it, is a tripod with a base which follows you were ever you paddle, or kite or surf, so you no longer need anyone standing on the beach with a video camera.

It is a fantastic tool for improving paddle technique, by seeing how you actually paddle rather that how you think you paddle, it is much easier to compare your stroke with others and to modify were necessary.

So if anyone is interested in getting a bit of video of their paddle stroke drop down to J.H. Abraham Reserve in Crawley after 8.30am tomorrow (Sat 29th March) and give it a tryout.

If the weather is not great I will probably head over to Matilda Bay, if I do move the guys at the SUP School will know where so ask them.

I'll take it down there more often if anyone is interested.

Ian

Hi Ian, I just spotted this too... please keep me in the loop and advise the cost of such a critical or highly relevant service?
