The red thumbs may have little to do with beautiful chix.

Well I hope not , Gene has a big kite surfing background so I can guess where the red thumbs came from.

To the others thanks for the compliments , you can expect to see alot more here and YES in Casso's mag.

Nah, I think it has more to do with the fact that the girl looks about 14. It's funny when you have teenage daughters of ya own stuff like that is a bit irksome, no offence.

I love shots of girls in surf mags etc. And am stoked Piros posted the shots-having said that, I'd be concerned to ensure we don't come across as a buncha' ' pervy blokes in here-best to keep that in the prepubescent surf mags-and not alienate the female SUP community members-there's plenty of em' and their numbers are growing.

considering the demographic of most SUP riders i reckon shots of 17 year old girls just misses the mark -That maybe ok for A bodyboarding mag aimed at teenagers but there is something just a little off color about those shots.

Hey i like shots of girls in Bikinis as much as the next bloke but
this just looks like an ill considered cheap publicity grab.

Like something you'd see in an Aussie Kitesurfing mag...

You wouldn't be saying that the demographic is 40+ fat bald men? Don't think there is too much wrong with us enjoying the odd pics of stunning young women enjoying themselves on the beach in the sun.

If pics of girls having fun at the beach were as common as PSH threads, then I think we would have a problem?

For the Dads out there with 'tween' daughters it was pretty creepy!

Loco's has point!

Not sure if anyone is interested.....but I emailed the guy with the timber board under his arm, he made the board himself but got an artist from Lennox to do the artwork for him.

I think the first board he made was a really small one for his son, then has kept going with more boards, I saw a fish that he made that was pretty sweet too.

Thanks loco4olas! It's good to know that some of the guys out there are looking at it from our perspective and I think there are many female SUP'ers out there who would agree with you.

I'm completely stoked at the idea of the Aussie SUP magazine, and would hate for it to follow the lines of every surf mag out there, with pages of photos of hot chicks who don't even surf. Piros's photos are good photos, but I wouldn't want to be buying a mag full of pictures of hot girls who don't even SUP!

There's plenty of girls out there who do paddle and I would love if the magazine can portray that. It would be great to see pics of girls ripping or photos of fitness classes in great locations etc. which so many of the girls love. Ok, we might not be model material, but were not too ugly (I hope), and I think pics of everyday girls getting stoked on SUP would be awesome.

IMO, one of the best things about SUP is that anyone can do it! So why not have a mag that shows this, rather than making us feel inadequate by images gorgeous girls who don't even do the sport.

Be interesting to see what any other girls who SUP think too?

Totally agree. As a female sup I joined this site to discuss the sport, get tips etc not look a lewd pics of underage girls. Send the pics to Zoo magazine and see if they accept them. You guys who wanna perv at underage girls there are probably many other sites you can go to .

I don't how Casso's mag got dragged into this , this was a test shoot nothing more, nothing less , Casso is not printing any of these.

Reflex how do you call this a publicity stunt I posted some test pics and you won't see these in any Sup mags.

I posted these photos here for some honest feedback and I got some. which is fine and I never meant to offend anybody , personally I see nothing wrong with these shots but next time I'll make sure the girls are wearing Burkini and not a Bikini.

Ali Cat obviously this was a fashion shoot and not a sport shoot and trust me when the big lenes are on he or she who rips the most will always get the shot.

To echo Oliver's sentiments, this forum is possibly the most civilised forum I look at.

Everybody is helpful and nice and tries to avoid unnecessary offence (most of the time).

Occasionally our horns and pointy tails come out but we generally get back on topic fairly soon. This is a good thing because it proves we are honest.

Political correctness is one of the great civilising advances of the late 20th/earl 21st century and the ability to self-regulate behaviour is the measure of our ability to mix in society.

Piros pictures of a healthy sexy woman are lovely and pleasing to the eye and gladden the heart of an old man.

On the other hand, DJ cruising the public beaches for young girls to sit on his big SUP is disgusting. This man must be stopped before he strikes again. (But post the pictures first so we can decide whether to bring out the tar and feathers. [}:)] )

Well I'm dying to know is it Gay Pride written on the tummy.
Nice to see someone so out there and proud of being gay if it is.

Also keen to know if that Tat on the guys says "Gay Pride"?

He does not strike me as being gay, but you know what they say never judge a book by its cover.

Hey Lacey,

Great bod and tatts but that's not what I come on to this forum for. I would much rather see photos of guys (and gals) SUPing.

Piros takes great photos and vids and doesn't need to promote himself with with these types of photos especially photo no 4.

Ask any of the Breezers young daughters what they think coz I'm sure that's NOT what they come onto this site for.

Time and place for everything.

Perhaps their needs to be a disclaimer that this site may contain images and language unsuitable for our younger and impressionable members.

BTW Piros those tatts are really cool

Some very good photographers on there and a section set up exclusively for feedback on photos.

All good but yeah, paddle spank on the arse shot was a bit seedy. Seems more poeple are interested in the sexual orientation of the bleach haired man with the tatts....not that there is anything wrong with that.

Gee give the guy a break, Piros would have to be up there as one of the best contributors in this forum, news, reviews videos and photographs.
Did anyone notice the great use of light from the underwater shots and bypass the female in question? I did.
Yes I have two stunning daughters, one 19 and the other 20,it didn't offend me,I guess its the way you view things in your own mind

Piros,

Bit off point but what lenses do you use. Be great to see caption with photos of equipment used.

Same for everyone else as it would give us budding photographers some usefull info.

Camera:- Cannon 5DM2 , Lenses all Cannon L series , 100-400 , 24 -105 , 17-35 and a cheap 50mm cannon prime lens.

All shots where done in natural light but we did use gold and silver reflectors in some shots.Always try to keep the sun on your back when you shoot outside.

Me neither, just when people started talking about the mag, I thought it was an appropriate opportunity to put a different opinion out there.

Piros, please don't take offence, 62mac is right and the photography is great. I just wanted to let the guys who are expecting these sort of photos in the magazine know that not everyone is keen on seeing the same thing.

And Lacey, personally the tats do nothing for me, but each to his/her own.

I'm kind of glad this thread kick started. I thought it was just me, but I'm glad some other breezers felt they should comment. I fit the SUP demographic perfectly, I'm 50, balding,a kook, and I drive a Toyota Camry..... yep station wagon!!!!!. When I first looked a the pictures I thought "why is that gay man posing like that with his daughter".There seemed to be an uncomfortable incongruity in the relationship between the guy and the girl but also between the camera and the girl. if you're aim was to make me think, it worked . "maybe that's Piros' daughter"???, "how do gay men(not you Piros, the model I mean) have daughters"???? Piros ,Its not you ,it's me.....Maybe my preconceptions about the relative ages of your models is all me, would I feel uncomfortable seeing a 70 year old Rupert Murdoch with his new wife(that young one) on the beach ? I'd hope not.
