The Heinken Factory was always a good tour - you had 40 mins to drink as many as you could at the end. I think you would enjoy the s*x museum as well - very amusing. Can not recall too much else but I seem to recall it more of a place for nocturnal activities
but I am sure a S*P down the canals would be good fun - it would sure beat the hell out of the peddle boats.
I travelled through there with the girl I was with at the time camping out of the back of an old Rover sedan we bought in England for $500 quid we camped in campground out of Amsterdam, when it wasnt windy there was a constant haze of smoke above the campground, sampled most things the coffee shops had on menus.
I remember I woke up for a pee early one morning and there was a bloke walking a bobcat on a lead I shiz myself.
