My Werner has a ding!

Only noticed it when getting ready to go out.

It almost looks like it has been struck with a hammer.

One single compression ding on the blade itself.

Must have been the minefield at Mettams I guess.

Any suggestions on repairs gladly accepted.

Is it on the edge of the blade?

No,it is about 3 inches in from the bottom of the blade. As I said like a hammer blow.

There isn't a lot of damage really. Just the depression ( the blade not me) and a bit of feathering of the material (carbon fibre). More worried about it spreading with use

It is very odd to get a dent like that in the face of the blade.

If I was going to try and fix it I'd tape off the area..fold the edge of the tape and make an area that you can fill with glue without the glue running..and then mix some aroldite and once rock hard sand it flush with the surface taking care not to sand into the carbon fiber.

Anyway..that's what I'd do...I once asked about fixing edge of the blade dings and was told to do the same thing.
