Mick and I had a great flat water paddle around St Kilda yesterday in glassy condition.



We paddled down to the little lighthouse.



Mick was on the old Cobra windsurfer and had no problem keeping up with my Naish.



This is just past the lighthouse.



Looking back towards the city.. It was soooooo glassy.



We checked out some boats in the Marina and some have these Owls to scare off the seagulls.



I've talked to some boat owners and they say that they do work and helps keep the bird sheet off their boats.



We were paddling back past where we had been not long before and could see all these ball shaped things floating in the water up ahead.. at first I thought they were apples.

They were donuts..heaps of donuts.. I've got no idea where they came from.. It's amazing what you find floating in the water some days..
