What an awesome morning! The weather we have been getting lately has been terrible and this morning the sun was shinning and plenty of people came down to the river for some fun.
I enjoyed seeing my 6 year old daughter try stand up paddling for the first time.
She didnt want to get off and is already bugging me to take her again.

This is Kirra. I didnt go prepared for her to ask me if she could try it. So she had a big board and big paddle. She even went with her clothes on. Kirra was so proud of herself that she didnt fall in.

Pelican Point was going off!

If you missed out on last Sunday or would like to compare a few more boards we will be running another demo this Sunday 20th September again at Pelican Point, from 9am to 12pm.

A large range of boards will be available to try, from Starboards new K15 point to point board to the short wave shapes. There will be a board available for all ability's and paddling requirements.

This is a great opportunity to experience this fast growing sport for yourself and try some of the new boards.

Location: Pelican Point, Crawley (Qantas Boat Ramp Car park just off Hacket drive)
