A young guy here has a 9 x 30 stinger. He had a bash on my 9 x 33 this morning and was impressed with it in smaller mushy crap that we had this morning. His quote as he exit the water " I think I've bought the wrong board"
Can't comment on the Mana but I'm pretty sure it would go ok as well.
A previous thread said the Mana surfed bigger waves better than the Hero. Thats great if you are lucky enough to have head high every day.
