It's looking like a good day for tomorrow now, might not be as much swell as last year but should be heaps less wind by the look of it, wish I was there.
Enjoy guys and girls, hopefully catch you for the Denmark round.

What were the conditions like? Windy as hell like last few years?

Saturday morning was a lot nicer than i was expecting with light winds and some ripable waves rolling through,

then about 10 or 11am the south wester started to drift though and by 12 it was raging onshore,

this made wave selection for all much harder, but some still managed to get the goods.

Sunday was onshore from pretty much the outset, and the swell dropped off to 2ft or so,

for me on a short board - these are the most difficult of all of conditions to compete in, but aspires me to get better and to be able to adapt

Still some crew managed to get some great rides,

So good in fact they where given x 3 10's by all the judges, i saw Ric's wave and it is suffice to say he could hardly of ripped it any more !

A great weekend was had,

thanks Wes, Rog and Galvo for the accomadation and the entertainment ....

and thanks to Justin and the Surfing WA crew for organising another very well run event !
