I bet this guy gets fined less than a punter whose mate gets pinched for no seat belt. $300 for the offender and $300 for the driver. Double demerit points make it 12 points lost between both.

Sorry for the cynicism but this time of year is fund raising time for general revenue.

I think that's because people actually like Steph, she's a nice person. The dude that did this is a known vagrant and people know where he sleeps. Might not be as easy as a slap on the wrist, best just leave town I'd imagine.

He might in for a permanant sleep if he is not carefull
