OG SUP said...We warm up before every session and stretch as well. Mainly using the same motions that you use to paddle. I agree a jog is a good idea as well.

.seriously tho og.back and shoulder warm ups in the cooler months are a must,but as soon as you hit the cold water your body shuts down again and stiffens up,perhaps those that can jog a bit could warm up.all sound too hard
