CLUB DAY Next SUNDAY 14th of August Venue: .This Sunday we are having an expression session at Kawana (Churches near access 212) Expression Session Best Wipeout Best Manoeuvre Longest Ride etc etc This is the club social round. If you are just into social surfing then this is the round for you. May have BBQ etc..
If there is a change in venue due to conditions I will post on seabreeze next Saturday.
Memberships Due Memberships are starting to become due. To participate in the club days members need to be financial to be covered by insurance. Those that are not finacial will not be covered. We will send out personal emails over the next month advising you of when your membership is due. If you were a foundation member of the club than your membership is due now. Thanks to those who came today. It was pretty good surf of Kawana before the wind came up. Got to love surfing uncrowded breaks with friends. Normal etiquette is thrown aside to share the stoke with a mate. This was demonstrated to me today as a nice wall rolled in and one of the guys who was clearly lined up to take called out to me "you coming" . Three of us on the same wave hollering each other along.
Go's to show that some of your best surfs are not those on world class breaks but those shared with friends.
