The club day is on the 8th of November. Unless changed this month will be a social surf at Buddina about access 5 or if it is big at Mooloolaba Spit.

Start time: 7am

Current forecast is for a lift in swell on Saturday. If it eventuates the bay will have a great wave. Will post final location on Saturday.

All businesses with demos are welcome.

The wind this morning was not looking pretty as it was straight on shore. Sunday forcaste is: SE/E winds at 15/20 knots, lighter winds inshore early.

With this in mind I am unsure of Buddina and welcome suggestions as the place for a social surf. Will post the location tonight after giving people a chance to contribute.

Good news is the swell has lifted and looks like it will hold until Wednesday.

Mooloolaba same as last time. Play in flat water
or shoot around and surf off carties
both be protected or at la balsa and do
same

Unless someone has a better suggestion lets meet at Labalsa Park at 7am and decide if we go to Carties or off access 5 Buddina.

Those with SUP businesses are more then welcome with demos etc.

BBQ are at Labalsa Park for those interested.

It was windy as this morning but about 6 braved it for a surf at Carties. After Louie, Allen and myself with families made a road trip to Noosa. Beautiful surf with gentle waves. Followed by a BBQ on the river. All in all a great elaxing day.

Will post an announcement soon with date and time for a pre xmas get together at say Kawana Hotel for a club xmas party. Would make a great time for a chat about club direction, and of who wants to take an organising role in the club. Will make it a early night meal so the whole family can attend (they have kids club) and those who wish to stay on can do so.
