Hi I will be moving up to the Sunshine Coast in February and I would like to live near to a sup surf break .... I am a 1-3 foot surfer not a big wave surfer. Can anybody tell me what beaches are good for sup in this region.

I am able to live out of brisbane but have to still be able to drive into town for a meeting once per week. I have never been to this part of the world so all new to me. I'm told it has good surf but I'm not sure about sup surfing ? Any help on wher to live and sup surf would be great....

Hi London,
Cotton Tree, Ballcock Beach and the Right side of the noosa bar are the most popular sup spots on the coast, I don't sup at these spots for that reason. plenty of spots everywhere, you'll work it out once you have been here for a while there's no secrets on the sunny coast.

You Can sup at all those spots, depending on conditions. a few crew get out at moffats just south of dicky beach but can get busy if it's on with shortboarders & mal guys. You'll Find waves don't worry plenty of spots to sup.
