This Sunday the 11 th of October SUP Vic have a social BBQ day at Studley Park Boathouse on the banks of the Yarra.. and the weather is looking perfect.

All the Vic crew should come on down.. Have a drink and snag.. and get to know each other.. Partners and family are also welcome.

We will kick things off about 11am and go right through the afternoon.. It's a beautiful spot for those who've never been there.. and plenty of free parking.

Afterwards some of us will hit the river for a casual cruise up the river past the bats to Fairfield Park Boathouse or down the river to Dights Falls.

hey guys, I want be at the get together this weekend. However, just wanted to remind you guys to make sure to get out there and talk to those who are standing around gawking. It is often odd.unusual for people to walk up to a group and integrate in order find out what the heck is going on.

I have actually invited a couple of people to come along but not sure if they will show up or not. Both are guys who now own sups and are getting into flat water paddling more and more. So, if you see these guys be sure to invite them into the inner sanctum.

I am working that day unfortunatly but if anyone gets lost and ends up down in Port Melbourne I will come by in the fire truck for a rescue/recovery.
