Anyone know a courier etc that can transport a 7ft surfboard from Sydney to Melbourne at a reasonable cost?

Rod from surfshapes (boardbumps) just sent me an 8 6" from Coffs Harbour to Portland vic, with star track express, maybe pm Rod and ask him about it.

Last time i called Surf Cargo they only did Qld to NSW. May have changed but and they have a great rep and reasonable prices. Door to door too.

For under 2.2 meters (7'2") Fastway is the cheapest, but you have to buy a bunch of tickets. Single Item freight is real problem if you don't have an account.
Ask your friends if they use Fastway.

Maurice cole uses fastway, he shaped me a sick 6 8" pintail for a regional classic down this way, took 3 weeks to get from Torquay to portland, maybe a one off, but I would have been better driving down and picking it up, considering it was only 3 hrs away.
