I am on the search for surftech touch up cans, full colour range, we dont have these in nz on the small bottles which is not enough paint for full time work shop Its just to much work charging $60 for a customer ontop of the repiar just for a small repair so cans would be good
If any dealers out there are able to send me the 12 cans please let me know
You'd be best taking boards or color chips to your local paint store with scan technology and have them mix the paint for you. They can put them in spray packs for you as well. If you are doing a bit though and have a compressor you can get a cheap spray gun for the job. Also helps to have this for clear coat or protec over your repairs as well.
I have a idea but its costly, I can get the small bottles which are no good to any bugger in the trade, but i can use them as a wet sample and get 250ml of each colour mixed in 2k $500 effort but at least all the colours will be sitting there for all surtech repairs.
If i took the surftech colours in a dry sample i.e the colour samples of the website i think it would turn to custard.
I hate surftech board, repairs that is so dam costly
My other question to you is surftech DING DOUGH to fill a repair before laminating vs Q cell before laminating
Come on BP get on the turps and give us one of your good old rants
He's probably a bit of a wounded Possum (those aussie ring tailed opossums that have raped & pillaged our land since jumping the ditch)....Christchurch beaches still polluted by raw sewage since the quake
Back on topic, what kind of paint is surftech paint anyhow.I mean for example car paint is acrilic laquer its an enamel coating type thingie. So whats SUP paint, whats it made of,what thiners do you need and most importantly"WHERE DO YOU GET IT".
