I was inspired by DJ's awesome picture galleries to put up some shots, my mate's girlfriend took of a 'SUP arvo' at Long Reef. This is the other end of Dee Why beach and is where we are going to hold the first Sydney SUP club's Club Day on August 9. It has a nice lagoon and reasonable banks right in front - all about 30 meters from the car park.

Anyway 2 of my Mates tried SUP for the first time (in the surf!) and my eldest daughter had her 5th go in pretty chunky surf on my 9 3 Ripper. My youngest two had fun in the lagoon - all in all, a brilliant arvo. Pics are a bit soft unfortunately but you get the idea:
