I'm here in the US, I live in southern california, and when I was googling for SUP information and time and again, I found it was on this site. The information from DJ is VERY helpful. I truly appreciate his time to posting reviews, videos, and photos the boards he rides. We have a lot of local shapers here for surf, and for sup, but transitioning from surf to sup its been hard for me to find good information and so I've been doing it on-line. Truly appreciate the information on this site!!

As we are transitioning from spring to summer up north and the water is already getting warm and I hope to spend more time in the water than on-line

The Misses is on a new Nalu 10'6.5" and I remain on the surfboard. Looking to get one for myself very soon, next few weeks. I think most of my riding will be done after work at Doheny (www.parks.ca.gov/?page_id=645), which is very close to where I live. Its protected break with long rolling waves, a mecca for long boarding here. It's quite easy to get there, park, and our teenagers can all handle the surf. Up the coast a couple miles is Huntington, where its open and surf is generally bigger and cleaner but I'm not sure if we'll be focused solely on surf so that is why the research.

Love to see what you find out on the new Coreban's and again, I really appreciate your time putting up the reviews and answering questions. Heading off to Laguna now for some snorkeling with the kids!
