Sorry to duplicate the post on the end of the 'who'll win' topic, but important info to avoid dissappointment..

If you've not organised how to get your gear to Rotto from the organisers:

Craft Transport SOLD OUT - We have reached maximum capacity on the barge to transport your craft to Rottnest and are no longer taking booking. In the first instance you will need to try the ferry companies and see if you can take your craft with you on the ferry. Call Rottnest Fast Ferries on 08 9246 1039 (departs Hillary's Marina) or Rottnest Express on 1300 46 7688 (departs Fremantle). If you are unable to get it on the ferry please call Dean Gardiner on 0427 171 403.

If you are unsure if you have booked or not when entering online please email Yanda - [email protected] who will check and advise.

Flares SOLD OUT - Please visit your local ship chandler / boating store to purchase one. If you have already paid for one online it will be available at registration to collect.

You must have pre booked your craft transport to Rottnest Island during the online entry process in order to get your craft on the barge (including all those that have hired skis from Oceanpaddler).

Updates on the Doctor can be found on the event home page or the Program page of this website.

I got the last spot for a sup on the 7:15am ferry from Hillary's for Steveo.

She said there was still room for boards on the 10:30 ferry but only 10, so i would hurry up

X angie

If your using the ferry going across, go and get some large cardboard boxes and flatten them out around your rails for protection. Used the ferry the other year for the return trip when we paddled to Rotto. The ferry company deckies just put my board flat with no protection under it on the gritty non-slip deck.

The 0730 ferry from 'B' shed is taking craft. Some may come on the 0915 ferry.

10 knots WSW mmm give me 15 knots at least
