The latest addition to the Von Piros camera gear , a waterproof quad copter that can land and take off in water. This is the first flight test. Not so perfect but no Band-Aids needed.....
Looking forward to some more cool vids now with that little beauty!
One question though - would you put some buoyancy on the skids, or would that affect the flight too much? Might make it a bit easier to gain lift off the water & also save trashing the chopper when you get out in the surf.
