If your tight on time, I urge you to watch this first video, it's life changing. but if you have a spare 75 minutes, watch the second video, well worth your while. Makes too much sense not to, and will make you a better person.
Unfortunately, I guess my life will have to remain as it is until Sunday when my internet connection returns to full speed again. I suspect my kids must have chewed up my bandwitdh watching youtube while I'm out earning our living.
