When i was at bluewater players i keen on a set of these tiedowns but none in stock, They were lockable can anyone tell me the brand of what these may have been.

I think the 4m one is yellow, Only have one board but i guess the rest of the strap can go inside the window? or is it better just to get a single because of the wires

yes the yellow one is 4m and is a good choice

BP, I'm on my second set of the yellow and I use them to tie on up to 3 boards. When there's just one board, I used to tie the excess up in a knot but that destroyed my first set as the wires stretched and burst through the fabric. So definitely shut the excess strap through your door or window. Just take care if it's raining to leave the excess strap on the floor rather than on a seat as the water runs along the strap and soaks your seat.
