Hey everyone,
Thought I would start a little forum post to gather comments and idea's, and share the same for the regular time trials we are now running at Jamieson Park, Narrabeen Lakes. I will use this forum to post the occasional photo and also seek feedback. Look forward to hearing what everyone has to say

Great Idea
Look forward to see some times etc. I have emailed you the excel recording sheet we use as it has all the formulas in it for calculations.

Thanks Dale and Mark, A great mornings paddling and a big thank you to Sam Parker for the race tips. A great way to gauge improvement.
