I notice that he says that putting ur paddle above head so ur arms are at 90 degrees is the correct distance that ur arms should be spread, i remember saying this in a post at the start fo the year and u disagreed DJ. lol www.seabreeze.com.au/forums/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=34408

Dj your a legend that's one of the better movie's I've seen.

The one that I learn't off was the SUP Instruction which is at the end of the movie ,this to is a good learning movie .... these two plus the C4 Waterman movies will give you enough information to get started .

I'll be using it to practice my turning ..... I'm now catching waves!!!!!!
