Been working some longer hours lately and i was missing some paddling , so went out to the pool and done half hour or so standing next to the edge and practising. It is a really good workout and quite hard as you are not going anywhere.Really works your abs and lats.Gets a bit boring after a while , so next time ill chuck the ipod on close my eyes and imagine im on a huge run.

Hi all just as Mad (about Supping) Some would differ! I have in the garage a home made dry paddle exerciser. I use a short T bar paddle cheap 1.5mtrs long tied a rope through a pully about Knee height, then up to an ofset pully about 2.4meters of the ground. Then down to a lead weight about 8kgs. A primitive York type Gym setup. With the hieght being about 2.4 meters means I can get a full paddle stroke. Ten reps one side ten the other ect, makes ya work out man! No pics available yet, but if you read the above it hopefully is as clear as Mud

I've been sweeping the paths at home.. .. Autumn has reall hit Melbourne and we have these really big trees at my place.

I've noticed that I don't sweep side to side like I used to.. It's more a front to rear flick.. Watch out if you're standing behind me..

I need to put a T grip on the end of the broom..

I've been drinking beer and eating pizza... not sure if it will help my SUPing but it feels good.
