We have pretty much sorted out a serious training program three days a week from Tranby. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday are the days with different training styles for each day covering endurance, cardio and technique and cross training.
All are welcome to come and train with us. No cost, just fun and personal improvement. This is non competitive although most are serious about getting fit and becoming faster/more efficient.
Serious training demands a serious start time and 5.30am is it. All done by 7am to start a normal day of work/family commitments.
We have a pretty regular crew attending now and all are welcome, maybe see you there
