Can anyone recommend a good SUP travel board bag going to Bali next week may have left it too late already. I need it for a 9'10 Hokua or may I just use the Naish bad & put extra padding inside pool noodles or the like... Any tips flying with Virgin... Cheers.
After trying to find a cover for my custom sup , got one from Surfaids in Byron gave them measurements and they made one to fit exactly Prices are on site and delivered in few days for reasonable amount Friendly guy too surfaids.com.au
Cheeers guys I may look at the FCS SUP Travel Bag if i can get it by friday it looks good the 10' x 30 should be fine and also allow accessories in the bag as well. A bag with wheels would be good like the kitesurf bags but for SUP...
I raced out to find some pool noodles no luck they are sold out everywhere. Worst case will get some bubble wrap from bunnings and wrap the sucker real good.
Hi there, I know its a bit late to reply to this topic seeing your probably at the airport frothing over getting your SUP in some clean lines but just wanted to let you know I travelled over to Bali earlier this year with my stand up and got a custom travel board bag made by Surf Aids in Byron and they made it in about a week from me emailing them the specs of the board... 10mm with plenty of reinforced carry handles and I couldnt fault it! nice guys to deal with and it fit my board and gear no worries.
