Just sit right back and you'll hear a tale,
A tale of a fateful trip
That started from this tropic port
Aboard this tiny ship.

The mate was a mighty sailing man,
The skipper brave and sure.
Two passengers set sail that day
For a three hour tour, a three hour tour.

The weather started getting rough,
The tiny ship was tossed,
If not for the courage of the fearless crew
The minnow would be lost, the minnow would be lost.

The ship set ground on the shore of this uncharted desert isle
With Gilligan
The Skipper too,
And none else,
Here on Gilligans Isle.

So this is the tale of the castways,
They're here for a long, long time,
They'll have to make the best of things,
It's an uphill climb.

The first mate and the Skipper too,
Will do their very best,
To make the others comfortable,
In the tropic island nest.

No phone, no lights no motor cars,
Not a single luxury,
Like Robinson Crusoe,
As privative as can be.

So join us here each week my freinds,
You're sure to get a smile,
From seven stranded castways,
Here on "Gilligan's Isle."

Unfortunately we did not get long out there as Dr Lou went over the reef and sustained serious injuries to a precious part of a man and is still in hospital. Good option on tiny swells though.

Chin up Louie!

sorry. For some obscure reason the first time I saw the post was with only the first 2 photos and the song minus the last sentence.

Good one Hillly!

The little fella and I have been discharged from hospital and should both be back in bussiness soon.

PS Keep your legs together when being dragged over a reef.

Just out of curiosity, how do you explain to your mate ...

..."we've got to go in, I've slashed me D**K open"

PS: glad to hear everthings intact

The blood literally pissing out his wettie gave it away. Not nice good to hear you are on the mend.

Makes me squint just thinking about it.

Did they rub raw lime into the wound like they did on 60 mins?

Hobbles off with crossed legs in empathy, eyes watering

Enough about the DIY vasectomy, how were the waves and did the boat give you access to places you have'nt previously surfed.
PS I know climbing into the boat with an injury is one of the worst 2foot climbs ever.

Waves were small; but compared to the non existent waves on coastal beaches they were good.

A boat definitely opens up areas for you in Perth, as we have a bloody great island and reef chain blocking most of the swell from the coast.

Only problem is the wind; as any wind in the open ocean causes chop. Does not matter if it is offshore or onshore.

The adventure and exploring is a bonus.

So I want to know how Ginger fits in to this story.

On second thoughts maybe not!
