Stuck with flashbacks? Freaked by the red stuff?
Last night waves at our local beach lit up with a bioluminescent, psycodelic blue glow from the depths. I couldnt believe nobody else was down the beach watching.
Plenty of TVs in the background! Nature put on a great show so this morn I went out in the dark.
I enjoyed heading out as the paddle and the nose splitting the water was trippy enough. Once on a wave the spray off the fins and rail was just gob smackingly awesome.

got a few fun dribblely things at torquay point

hahahahaha... we had the same bloom here on the Goldie a few weeks back and I snuck out for a surf during work , the algae worked it's way through where I was surfing. I only dropped in twice and thought nothing of it. Went in had a quick beach shower got dressed back in the work gear and headed back to work , after about 5 mins I could smell this horrible stench....it was me I smelt like a fishes arsehole I had to bolt home for a hot shower and half a bottle of shampoo to get it out of my hair... definetly avoid swimming in it.
