B'ambi is a haunt of mine when the wind's from the south and it can be good, can be crowded, can be soft BUT can be fun.
It'll be crowded with loggers being Sunday and you'll have some interest from the small crew of SUP riders down there so it'll be an interesting morning.
Let's hope a sneaky little NE pulse pushes in so 'cutback alley' can come alive.....I can't surf as I have Dad duties from 11am but will drop down and give a hand for sure.
And BTW, the quickest trip is down the F6, down Bulli Pass, left at the Shell Service Station at Bulli / Woonona onto the 'Northern Distributor' which is the single lane entry to the new Freeway extension (opened last week), left into Bellambi Lane, over the railway line, right at the end of the lane where the school is in front of you, and scoot around the school by going first left, to the end at the T intersection, left and then right at the roundabout being the back of the school, follow it through the housing commission mess and left into 'Robert Cram Drive' and it's in front of you at the left where the road meets the sea.....hope that makes sense.

(Careful of the speed camera outside the Bulli Greyhound Track / Bowling Club on the Princes Highway just past the turnoff to Sandon Point where the church is at Point St).
Here's some recent images from B'ambi and an overview of it from the escarpment above.
