Has anyone got any links to information (videos or articles) that give good insight as to how to use your paddle to your advantage when on a wave?
I still don't think I am using it to its potential.

Thanks,
Scott.

Nice powerful SUPsurfing. Loved the fade at 3.55 worth watching just for that.
Thanks DJ.

Yep Indoody......loving that vid.

On the subject of how to use your paddle; frontside I get it, bury the blade and use as a brace and accelerator. On my backhand however I'm trumped I'd love some tips on the paddle on your backhand?????

yes, but back to basics..... If surfing forehand and doing a 'traditional' cutback, which side do you sink the paddle, toeside or heelside? I have been doing it toeside, the guy in the vid mostly heelside?
Heelside probably makes more sense so you can turn 'around' your paddle which I assume results in a tighter turn (?), but plenty of vids of people doing both ways?
